Whats Inside Benadryl What Is A Good Form Of Relief From A Runny Nose?

What is a good form of relief from a runny nose? - whats inside benadryl

I had a cold for a week. Was a few days ago, when my nose began to run ... and will simply not stop.
Yesterday I had a Benadryl (big mistake!) And I took a Mucinex for the start of a runny nose.
I have a sinus infection (no-yellow mucus). I just want some relief, because my nose is literally on the raw inside and out.
All actions or non-prescription products that anyone can recommend would be great.

Afrin is the best thing ever .. However, you can become addicted, and too much cause HORRIBLE sinusitis. its kind a quick fix, but not last ... Try some Vicks VapoRub, natural and works very well!

If you should go outside with tissue ACE in there, if you are covered by a humidifier to boil water to a false wet, moisten the nose and paranasal sinuses. Eat drink lots of water, lots of soup, you take supplements of vitamins (C) 500 mg twice daily
