Southern Charm Pageant I Love Southern Names, Like The Ones From To Kill A Mockingbird. Do You Like These Names?

I love Southern names, like the ones from To Kill A Mockingbird. Do you like these names? - southern charm pageant

I love the style names of South To Kill a Mockingbird. You are so beautiful and unique. I do not want the name of "beauty contest, the South or kimberleigh Krystal, I mean the old 30's over the years. Heres a list.

- Jem (boy). I love the character of Jacques, and the name of Jem. Jem is a boy, by the way, and the book he was very responsible and cautious, but male.

- Scarlett (pseudo Scout) - I know the real name of the Boy Scouts was Scarlett, her Jean Louise, but I like the name Scarlett, and I think Scott will be considered as a nickname for him in consideration.

- Arthur, I like how this name sounds when you say! Boo Radley's real name is Arthur in the book.

- Louisa (Lou Lou) - Not To Kill a Mockingbird, but it has the southern charm

Heres names that sound Southern to me, but not in To Kill a Mockingbird.

- Magnolia
- John (This is the book)
- Jeremiah
- Wayne
- Shelby
- Blythe
- Hannah Lee
- Virginia
- Augusta
- Camelia
- Polly
- Susan
- Bethany
Rhett

Like a previous poster, my favorite name of "a Mockingbird" kill Atticus should be real. I do not know who will be bold enough to use as a name, but I like.

I like Jem and Scout. I like Jem in a child, but probably not as an independent, was most likely to use it as a nickname for James. I like Scott, but not alone. I agree it's a good nickname for Scarlett's, Jean Louise, beautiful as a combination of two names, but they are quite dated, I think.

I really love Arthur. He seems sweet, but strong and is on my list as a middle name.

I think Scarlett and Rhett in the south may have the feeling that because of "Gone With the Wind." I am a bookworm as well, and certainly my club. Even now, I do not think to associate with the actress Scarlett Johansson Scarlett, but Scarlett O'Hara. Rhett, I never really as a name, but has a clear vision of the South in my eyes too.

For some reason, sounds very Southern Whiteme. I know he is French, but this could be because the play "A Streetcar Named Desire." Most of the names that is based as "classify South" on my person, or literature, unless the names of places like Carolina, Georgia and Savannah.

I agree with you in Augusta, Polly, and Camelia, though!

I love the name! Ledger also, incidentally, and I like the idea of naming your child after a favorite book.

Personally, I do not think want to use, Jem, if only because my name is Jemma names and often for a short lol Jem. Some others are a little too "southern" to me, like Jeremiah and Virginia, and some just not my style, like Wayne and Polly.

I absolutely love Scarlett and Scout, however, rather than different names (Scarlett so short, and the two names are so special, I think it's a bit strange for a different - Use, which, unfortunately, suck, and only take the difficult decision was taken to) choose one over the other lol.

I like (magnolias, camellias, Susannah, and more for girls and I love the nickname possible they were all - Maggie Cam, SO) Augusta, and Hannah Lee are also very nice.

I absolutely love Rhett's a boy! The same with Arthur. Both lead to the south of them, especially Rhett! LOL Great, what the wind.
