Can you train hunting dogs to point/flush and retrieve birds and big game? - bird hunting dogs
I wonder whether we could train a hound / extract color and birds such as water and upland and big game for them to hold two races in a dog? I'm trying to get two Rhodesian Ridgeback, but like bird hunting and big game such as deer and bears Bay. This is said with that, then could learn both methods of hunting, or simply one or the other? Thank you!

Dogs are generally not trained to do both, because if he met a different smell like a deer while hunting birds in the street on .... unless the blood is like a trained dog chasing a scent.
Get 2.3 dogs to hunt deer ...... because it is quiet, unless you like my dogs to hunt deer. My Black Lab is amazing ..... is a large duck, dog loves the water and the deer and everything smells of perfume left. I have a friend to wait until you reach the position in south central 100acres through forests, then let loose on the north side and supervision of all deer in the woods and colors allowance is I've been down. You can also remove the quail, dove and relax, because it has a big nose.
I could never be a bird in the tall grass or wheat, without finding it ........ He's so damn smart. If I have my weapon, be excited and go boots ........
These are actually two completely different animal (pun intended) ... Jagdberg have a dog with his nose and a large amount of energy. I assume you mean the deer and big game "hunting"? Deer hunting is to remain calm and patient, and every dog trained to sit through lack of patience game boards and doing nothing.
Overall I would say no, unless all about big game with lots of walking and requires noise
Rhodesians not bred to be bird dogs. I do not know they were bred for hunting / Lions topic? This dog breed is best suited to follow the game, not the note and flushing.
And training a dog to follow the big game and the point / color birds confuse the dog. They learn to recognize smells. Otherwise, if bird hunting location, and the dog caught the scent of a bear of a stream, until it without a paddle.
Above all, check your state laws to see if you can hunt deer and bears with dogs. In some states it is illegal to do with dogs.

well with the Ridgeback, I would say no, because if my research is correct, the Ridgeback, the dog of the family and the instinct to point and enter the password is designed to produce a Hassel for you in birds, but the bears and deer, I 'd say it might work, but if you take the lead of the race and get a pointer or a retriever breed when I propose to celebrate the race Retriever Labrador Retriever, but I recommend the Wold a GSP or a knight Spaniel, but you need once you get train
